I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body, mind, and soul. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals inside and out and design a program that fits your needs and lifestyle. I truly believe wellness is not a one size fits all and strive to find the right fit for you. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling healthier which most importantly will motivate you to strive towards your goals.
I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 6 weeks old. Continually living against the clock gave me a unique outlook on life and perspective- enjoying each and every breathe. Seeing the profound improvement wellness made in my health status drives my passion.
